DK11 Turnover Explained: Why You Can’t Withdraw Yet
Turnover is the amount you must bet before DK11 lets you withdraw. If the withdrawal screen still shows a “remaining turnover”, the Withdraw button stays blocked, even when your balance looks big enough. This post explains the rule with simple maths. What turnover means in DK11
Turnover is your total valid bets, counted against a target. Every bet you place adds to it, win or lose. When the target is reached, the remaining turnover becomes zero and you can request a withdrawal.
The target comes from the offers you take. A bonus with “10x turnover” means you must bet ten times a set amount before cashing out. A “1x” offer needs only one round of bets.
The turnover formula
For the first deposit bonus, DK11 writes the formula as (Deposit Amount + Bonus Amount) × 10. So the bonus is not the only thing you play through. Your own deposit is added in too.
- Turnover target = (deposit + bonus) × the multiplier
- Multiplier = 10x, 1x or none, depending on the offer
- Remaining turnover = target minus the valid bets you have already placed
Most other offers only say “10x” or “1x” without a full formula. Where the base is not written down, we say so below rather than guess.
Which offers need 10x, 1x or nothing
The multiplier changes a lot between offers, so the bonus you pick decides how fast you can withdraw. These are the rules on DK11’s Promotion page as of 26 Oct 2026.

The big difference is between 10x and 1x. A 10x offer can need thousands of rupees in bets, while a 1x reward clears after a single round. All of these offers are explained one by one on our DK11 bonus page.
Which games count
Only Slots and Fishing games count for most DK11 offers. The first deposit bonus, Spin & Win and the cashback all say the bonus is valid for Slots and Fishing games.
That means bets on live casino, poker, sports or cricket may not reduce the remaining turnover of those offers. If you prefer live casino or cricket, a 10x Slots-and-Fishing bonus is a poor fit. You would have to play games you don’t want to, just to unlock your own money.
How to read the remaining turnover
Open Personal Center → Withdrawal and look at the box called “Withdrawal turnover requirements”. It shows a small table with two columns: Game type and Remaining turnover.
In our own account the table showed Slot or Fish with a remaining turnover of 100.00. That told us two things. We needed Rs 100 more in valid bets, and only Slot or Fish games would bring it down.
Check this box before you deposit again or claim another bonus. A new bonus can add a new target on top of the one you still have.
Four worked examples
These are worked out from DK11’s published tables (26 Oct 2026). Each one is an example only. Offers change, so check the app before you deposit.
Example 1: Rs 500 first deposit with the bonus
- The bonus table gives Rs 250 on a Rs 500 deposit (a real 50%).
- Turnover target: (500 + 250) × 10 = Rs 7,500 in Slots or Fishing bets.
- In other words, you bet your whole balance ten times over before withdrawing.
Example 2: Rs 1,000 first deposit with the bonus
- The bonus table gives Rs 320, not Rs 500. The “50%” headline is real only up to Rs 500.
- Turnover target: (1,000 + 320) × 10 = Rs 13,200 in bets.
- That is 13 times your deposit, for a bonus of 32%.

Example 3: Rs 2,000 second deposit with the 10% bonus
- The second deposit bonus is 10%, so you get Rs 200 (the maximum is Rs 1,000).
- Turnover target: (2,000 + 200) × 1 = Rs 2,200 in bets.
- That is about one round of your balance, which is far lighter than Example 2.
Example 4: Cashback after a losing day
- Lose Rs 15,000 on Slots or Fishing in one day, and the table pays Rs 500 cashback the next day.
- The cashback needs 1x turnover. DK11 doesn’t spell out the base, but read as one round of the reward, that is about Rs 500 in bets.
- The cashback is small next to the loss: Rs 500 on Rs 15,000 is about 3.3%.
Plan your turnover for a fast withdrawal
If you want to withdraw soon, avoid the 10x offers and keep to 1x rewards. Here is a simple plan.
- Skip the first deposit voucher if you may want your money back quickly. Select no voucher before you confirm the deposit.
- Use the 1x offers instead. The second deposit 10%, daily check-in and VIP salaries all clear after one round.
- Check the remaining turnover first. Do it before every new deposit or bonus claim.
- Play Slots or Fishing only if you have an open Slots-and-Fishing target to clear.
- Link your wallet early. Add JazzCash or Easypaisa in your own name, so the request goes out as soon as turnover hits zero.

Turnover myths to ignore
Myth: “Support can remove the turnover for you.” We could not confirm this anywhere in DK11’s terms. The promotion rules say the turnover must be completed before withdrawal.
Myth: “Pay a fee and we’ll release your withdrawal.” Nobody can release a blocked withdrawal for a fee. Anyone asking for money, your password or an OTP on WhatsApp or Telegram is a scammer.
Myth: “Winning big clears the turnover.” Turnover counts what you bet, not what you win. A big win raises your balance, but the remaining turnover only drops as you keep betting.
Myth: “A second account avoids the rule.” DK11 allows one account and one offer per person, IP address, device, phone, email and payment method. Breaking that can freeze the account and its balance.
