Is DK11 support available 24/7?
DK11 says yes: every promotion page mentions its “24-hour online customer service” and its deposit guides say “24/7 Customer Support”. The support page also claims problems are solved in 2–5 minutes. Those are DK11’s own claims; we haven’t measured them.
How to contact support, step by step
- Open DK11 and log in to your account if you can.
- Tap the headset icon or the Live Chat button.
- On the Urdu form, enter your registered mobile number and describe the problem.
- Tap the blue submit button (جمع کروائیں).
- Keep the chat open, or check Internal Message for the reply.
When you must contact support
Some DK11 rewards and fixes only happen through support, not automatically. Here is what to prepare for each.

Birthday bonus claim
You claim the birthday bonus yourself, through Live Chat, on your birthday. You need at least Rs 10,000 in total deposits in the 10 days before your birthday, plus an ID card, passport or driving licence showing your date of birth. The bonus ranges from Rs 500 at VIP 0 to Rs 20,000 at VIP 30, with 10x turnover.
Event grand prizes
Big event prizes are checked by hand. Large grand prizes in DK11 events are paid only after the winner contacts customer support and passes verification, so keep your account details ready. DK11 also runs short seasonal events. Their rules often require email OTP verification, count only Slots and Fishing bets, and set daily limits. Check the Promotion page for current events.
USDT and Easypaisa deposits
For USDT, the TxID is the key. DK11 asks you to keep it so support can find your payment quickly. For Easypaisa RAAST QR deposits, DK11 asks for the transaction receipt. Our deposit guide explains both methods.

Deadlines run on Pakistan Time
All DK11 promotions use Pakistan Time (GMT+5). If you’re abroad, convert before you plan a claim.
- VIP weekly salary: every Monday at 12:00 PM. Monthly salary: the 1st at 12:00 PM.
- Member Day: the 7th, 17th and 27th of every month.

Disputes: what DK11’s terms allow
If you disagree with DK11 about a bonus or a withdrawal, its own terms set the rules, and they favour DK11. Knowing them helps you prepare.
- ID checks: DK11 can ask for official documents to verify who you are during any dispute.
- Final say: DK11 keeps “the right of final interpretation” and can change or end an offer without notice.
- Bonus abuse: if it finds several accounts on one person, IP, device, phone or payment method, it can freeze the account and reclaim bonuses, plus an admin fee equal to the bonus.
So keep your own records: screenshots of offers when you claim them, receipts, TxIDs and chat transcripts. Ask support to confirm anything important in writing through Internal Message.
