DK11 Withdrawal Guide: JazzCash, Easypaisa and Turnover Explained
To withdraw from DK11, you link a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet, finish the turnover requirement, then request the amount. The app states a withdrawal time of 24 hours. Most “my withdrawal is stuck” problems are really unfinished turnover, so this guide spends most of its time there.
How a DK11 withdrawal works
There are four stages. If one is missing, the withdrawal won’t go through.
Step 1: Add your wallet (one time)
Use a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet registered in your own name.
- Log in and open Personal Center → Withdrawal.
- Choose JazzCash E wallet or Easypaisa WALLET at the top.
- Tap the red + Add wallet button.
- Enter the wallet number exactly as it shows in your JazzCash or Easypaisa app, then save.
Check the number twice. You can edit it later under Account Management.
Step 2: Finish the turnover requirement
Turnover is the amount you must bet before your balance can be withdrawn. The withdrawal screen shows it in a table called “Withdrawal turnover requirements”, split by game type.
Even without a bonus our account showed Slot or Fish: 100.00 remaining, so Rs 100 more had to be played in slot or fish games first.
Only Slots and Fishing count for most offers. The first deposit bonus, Spin & Win, the cashback and DK11’s yearly championship all name Slots and Fishing as the eligible games. Bets on live casino, sports or card games may not reduce a bonus’s turnover. See which games are which on our DK11 games list.
Turnover for every DK11 offer
Each bonus carries its own turnover: 10x, 1x or none. “10x” means you bet ten times the amount before withdrawing it.

For the two deposit bonuses DK11 counts turnover on the deposit plus the bonus, not the bonus alone. Values come from each promotion’s terms on 26 Oct 2026. Full details of every offer are in our DK11 bonus guide.
Worked examples
Example 1: first deposit with the bonus. You deposit Rs 1,000 and pick the first deposit voucher. DK11’s table gives Rs 320, not Rs 500. Turnover is (1,000 + 320) × 10 = Rs 13,200 in Slots or Fishing bets before you can withdraw.
Example 2: second deposit. You deposit Rs 2,000 with the second deposit voucher and get Rs 200 (10%). Turnover is (2,000 + 200) × 1 = Rs 2,200. That’s a far lighter lock than the first deposit bonus.
Example 3: cashback. You lost Rs 15,000 on slots yesterday. DK11’s table pays Rs 500 cashback today, at 1x turnover. Bet Rs 500 and the cashback can be withdrawn.
Example 4: birthday bonus at VIP 0. The bonus is Rs 500 with a 10x turnover. Counted on the bonus alone, that’s Rs 5,000 in bets before you can withdraw it.
Example 5: small prizes add up. A Spin & Win lucky award of Rs 1,000 at 10x means Rs 10,000 in Slots or Fishing bets. A Rs 199 red packet at 10x means Rs 1,990. Prizes feel free, but each one can extend the time before your balance unlocks.
How your bonus choice changes when you can withdraw
If you want to withdraw quickly, skip the first deposit voucher. A Rs 10,000 first deposit with the bonus needs Rs 111,000 in bets; without it, you face only whatever turnover the withdrawal screen shows.
- Playing for fun on slots anyway? The bonus adds playing money, and the turnover may clear naturally.
- Planning to withdraw soon? Deposit without a voucher, or wait for the 1x second deposit voucher.
- Mixing offers? Turnover from several bonuses can stack. Check the table on the withdrawal screen after each one.
Step 3: Request the withdrawal
- In Personal Center → Withdrawal, select your linked wallet.
- Check the Available Amount under Central Wallet. Only this part can be withdrawn.
- Enter the amount and tap OK.
- Your request appears under Recent Withdrawal.
Start small on your first withdrawal, screenshot the request, and send one request at a time.
Reading the withdrawal screen
The withdrawal screen shows five things, and each answers a different question. Knowing them saves most support chats.

If Available Amount is lower than Central Wallet, the difference is still locked by turnover. Play the listed game types until the turnover table reaches zero, then refresh the screen.
JazzCash or Easypaisa: which wallet to link?
Both are offered on the same withdrawal screen, with the same stated 24-hour time. We haven’t yet compared their real payout speeds, so pick the wallet you already use daily.
- Link the wallet you check most, so you notice the payout quickly.
- Make sure the wallet number is active and verified in its own app.
- Switching wallets later is possible under Account Management, but check the number twice after every change.
Withdrawing rewards: VIP salary, cashback and check-in
Most small rewards land in your balance with only 1x turnover, but you have to claim them first. Unclaimed rewards in the Reward Center can expire.
- VIP weekly salary: claim every Monday from 12:00 PM, Pakistan Time. Monthly salary: the 1st of each month from 12:00 PM.
- Cashback: paid the day after a Slots or Fishing net loss of at least Rs 100.
- Daily check-in: a small cash reward each day of your 7-day streak.
- Mystery Bonus: random cash drops with no turnover at all, so you can withdraw them straight away.
After you claim a reward, bet the reward amount once (1x), and it moves into your Available Amount. Our DK11 VIP guide lists the salary at each level.
Account rules that can block a withdrawal
DK11 allows one account and one offer per person, IP address, email, phone number and payment method. Its general bonus terms say accounts that break this can be frozen, and bonuses taken back.
- Use your own wallet. A wallet in someone else’s name is a common reason for checks.
- Expect ID checks in disputes. DK11 can ask for official documents to confirm your identity.
- Don’t share a phone or Wi-Fi to claim bonuses on two accounts. The same IP or device can link accounts.
- Fraud cases: DK11 says it can reclaim bonuses and charge an admin fee equal to the bonus.

DK11 withdrawal problem? Fixes
- Withdraw button doesn’t work: turnover isn’t finished. Check the table in Step 2.
- “No E-Wallet linked yet”: add your wallet (Step 1).
- Amount lower than balance: bonus or locked money still needs turnover.
- Turnover not going down: you may be playing games that don’t count. Switch to Slots or Fishing for bonus turnover.
- Pending over 24 hours, or money not in wallet: check the wallet number in Account Management, then contact DK11 customer care with a screenshot of the withdrawal record.
Nobody can “speed up” a withdrawal for a fee. Anyone on WhatsApp or Telegram asking for money or your OTP is a scammer. DK11 is real-money gaming for 18+ only: you can lose money, and payouts depend on DK11.
